Description & Facts: Fourth installment of my personal documentary on my travels to Dubai...and in this video, lots of other places. Late 2001 into 2003 saw my travels to Dubai expand despite the puzzlement of everyone back home. With new young local staff and people from my group coming overseas, we were getting our project done. In the meantime, Dubai's powers-that-be began an experiment in creating a supercity in record time. In the meantime, my international consulting practice took off, and I was traveling incessently, not just to Dubai but to Germany, Turkey, Taiwan and other places.
