Exploring the beauty of Hong Kong

Description & Facts: A Symphony of Lights (幻彩詠香江) is an orchestrated light and laser show featured on buildings situated on both sides of the Victoria Harbour. It is the world's largest permanent light and sound show; it starts on 8pm daily (under good weather) and lasts for about 15 minutes. When to Go to Hong Kong recommends the Spring season as the best time to visit this stunning city. The most apt time to visit Hong Kong is from mid September to the end of February. During this time, the climate remains moderate and you can enjoy comfortably. Excluding the peak seasons, if you are planning to visit Hong Kong during some other time of the year, you can get attractive discounts in the hotels. Try to avoid visiting the city on Chinese New Year in the end of January or the beginning of February. During that time, the city remains in a holiday mood, most of the shops and malls are closed and the streets are often crowded. However, the International Food Fair held in January attracts a huge number of tourists to the city. boards.independenttraveler.com twitter.com
