Description & Facts: The US Shuttle 'Atlantis' has successfully returned from its final ever mission, to the International Space Station. It touched down at Cape Canaveral in Florida. Its 6-member crew spent a week at the ISS, helping install a new module. It marked the end of Atlantis 25 years of service. Only two shuttle missions remain, by NASA's two other spaceships.
